We're Hiring

Sherpa Solution is a small but mighty real estate team with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty located in Draper, UT. Our mission is simple: to change the real estate experience along the Wasatch Front! We firmly believe in humanizing the real estate journey, offering skilled guidance and true connection with our clients. Our luxury service doesn’t end at the closing table. We care for and provide resources to our clients and referral partners long after keys change hands! 


Our team is high-producing, landing in the Top 5 in our office and top 1% of all Agents along the Wasatch Front year after year.  We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help us maintain and exceed the level of exceptional service our clients have come to know, love, and expect from Sherpa over the years.


This is a flexible, part time position with a combination of in-office and remote work.


Hours for this position are typically 9:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday - Friday.


Hours are somewhat flexible, as this position is more about accomplishing certain outcomes with a high level of communication than adhering to a set clock in/clock out schedule.


We have a beautiful office space in Draper, UT located right off Bangerter Highway and I-15. Three in-office days per week are required.


The position allows for flexible off-site work one to two days per week. Though our team highly prioritizes work-life integration with margin for priorities outside of work, there will occasionally be the need to work addtional hours on weekends and evenings. 


The mission of the Executive Assistant is to contribute overall sucess of the team’s production and care for our clients by supporting our Team Leader and Owner, Alicia Holdaway, who is also the Managing Broker of Summit Sotheby’s Realty Draper.


This support comes from a variety of responsibilities ranging from event planning and client care, to meeting coordination and support.


This position is integral to helping our team scale production while never losing sight of the luxury service and care we provide for our clients. 


The Executive Assistant demonstrates servant-hearted leadership by being flexible, adaptive, responsive and willing to handle a variety of projects and tasks at a fast pace. The Executive Assistant is an excellent communicator, self-starter, organized in their work and always on the look out for ways to add ease and value to our client’s lives. 

About  the Position

The Executive Assistant will advance the mission of Sherpa Solution by ensuring that administrative tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity. 

This is achieved through a variety of responsibilities and proficiencies, including but not limited to...


  • 2+ years of Admin/Executive-Assistance experience

  • Preferred (not required): Real Estate LicenseReliable car

  • Laptop (preferrably Mac)

  • Outstanding written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution

  • Tech savvy: familiar with Apple, Google, Asana, Loom, Microsoft Office, Zoom, among other softwares

  • Process-oriented: Strategic ability to think about systems and processes and continuously innovate ways to make the client experience even better.

  • Self-starter, self-manager: Takes initiavie, anticipates needs and consistently gets things done on time

  • Grace and poise under pressure: In a fast-paced environment that is ever-evolving, you have to be felxible and leave drama out. We function at a high level while under stress by working as a team and being solution-oriented.
