At the end of Basecamp, you will walk away with fully customized Buyer and Seller Templates packed full of email and communication templates, unexpected extras for your clients, designated tasks for each person on your team, and more. The goal here is to feel empowered to serve at a high capacity, go on vacation and easily delegate tasks, close loops quicker and easier and bring some balance back in to this wild business we call real estate.

Whether you already have your client checklists built or have no systems at all, deciding which online platform for them to live on can be a bit daunting. Our team has used Asana for all things systems for over 4 years and love the ease it creates in actually executing your systems on a day to day basis. We use it for everything from Buyer and Seller templates to event and business planning.  This video will walk you through the basic functions of Asana, and how to use it as it relates to real estate systems. This is a great place to start before you jump in and pay for your Asana subscription. 

Already use Asana, and need a training module for your teammates and/or Assistant to get up to speed? Let us do the training for you! This video is a great place for them to start getting familiar with the platform and how to jump into your existing systems on Asana.

Not ready for full-blown consulting but need a kick start to your systems journey? I hear this statement all the time; “I’m a free spirit! I can implement a system but creating the damn thing feels impossible!” If this is you, a group session for systems fundamentals may be just want you need. In these group sessions, I will walk you through the process of building a framework for your systems. These are working sessions, putting pen-to-paper, giving you the kickstart you need. You will walk away with the outline of your Buyer & Seller templates and the self-reflection needed to build them the rest of the way! If you decide you’re ready for one-on-one Consulting after this, I will credit $400 toward the Basecamp Program.
